Charitable Purpose

To receive, hold, manage, invest, and grow the Trust Fund on trust exclusively for Charitable Purposes for the benefit of Te Rarawa members, irrespective of where those members reside. In relation to Te Waka Pupuri Putea Limited, as an Asset Holding company, it is administered in accordance with the Māori Fisheries Act 2004.
