Charitable Purpose
The Manurewa Youth Council strives to connect, support and empower youth to be actively involved in the Manurewa community. The Trust develops and presents submissions to the Manurewa Local Board, Auckland Council and the Government on issues relevant to young people. The Trust encourages young people to be more confident and willing to display leadership. The Trust does this through organising engaging projects and events, encouraging youth participation in civic and community activities.
