Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust created by this deed shall be known as Tree of Life Charitable Trust. The purposes of the trust are: 1. To build strong, dynamic and well-functional families by means of offering premarital and marriage educational programmes, courses, seminars, activities, etc. 2.To improve children wholeness and wellbeing and alleviate children poverty.

Entity Structure

1. Number of Trustees: The number of Trustees shall consist of three members, including one Chairman and two others are responsible for various roles. 2.Period of Service of Trustees: Trustees shall serve for the rest of their lives from the respective dates of their appointment unless they resign by giving written notice. New trustees are recommended by Chairman. 3. The trust is managed by the three trustees according to the Deed.
