The purposes of the Trust are as follows: a. Promote the principles and values of a free, private and open internet as an essential component of a just society in Aotearoa New Zealand; b. Develop, fund, facilitate, promote and carry out activities in the fields of “human-internet interaction” and "human consciousness evolution", which will assist in the understanding and the actualization of humanity’s potential next step in evolution: an all-considerate, sustainable, holistic and integral life

This is run an a charitable trust with its Trustee being The One Foundation Limited. This is a Trustee company set up by its founder Matthew Jonathan Dorey, selected by the Edmund Hillary Fellowship in partnership with the NZ Government (https://tinyurl.com/w2h5bycn) as a Global Impact Fellow (www.ehf.org). The Edmund Hillary Fellow is selected via aa vigorous selection process as an impact entrepreneur, investor and changemaker to build meaningful solutions to global problems.
