Charitable Purpose

To create and facilitate environments for the transferring of traditional knowledges and learning that will empower personal growth, develop potential, promote resilience and inspire cultural well being of Pasefika people and individuals in Aotearoa. The Trust will initiate, develop, host, support, provide, work with, facilitate and coordinate the learning and subsequent display of the learning to take place by the mode of oral, visual and kinesthetic traditional Pasefika teaching and learning.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Our Trust deed states we must have a minimum of three and up to ten Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board; who are the President, Treasurer and Secretary. We also have a network of people working with, for and alongside Pacific people who are keen volunteers and experts in their own fields.
