Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Trust is established to carry out within New Zealand the following charitable objectives: (a) To wherever practicable, perform projects and activities, both physical and online, which have a focus on improving participation in and an audience for yoga with human and dog participation. (b) To promote and nurture mental and physical wellbeing of both dogs and their human owner community. (c) To benefit the community by educating New Zealanders about animal welfare responsibilities.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Papamoa, and offer yoga classes in various regions across New Zealand. We currently have two Trustees and a Treasurer that constitute our governance board. We are provided guidance and support by Spencer Lawrence Accounting firm but they not control or in any way direct our operations.
