Charitable Purpose

The GURUDWARA SAHIB GISBORNE TRUST has been established to the promote awareness and teachings of Sikh Religion among the community and inform, educate, encourage, assist and guide members of wider community in NZ towards the principles of Sikh religion. All income and assets will be used to advance the organization’s charitable purpose of benefiting the wider community in NZ. We carry out the objectives of the Trust according to the principles as set out in the Marayda Akal Takhat Sahib.

Entity Structure

We are based in Gisborne. we started this Trust with Four Trustees. we have five Executive Committee members currently to help the trust running its social services and Sikh religious activities.
