Charitable Purpose

Children with Disability NZ is a New Zealand-registered charity dedicated to supporting disabled children, families, whānau, schools, communities and organisations through advocacy, inclusion projects, practical resources and lived-experience knowledge. Our work is built around the belief that every child deserves to feel seen, valued, respected and included in everyday life. Inclusion is not simply about good intentions. It requires accessible environments, useful information, community awareness and practical action. Through our growing network of websites and digital resources, we help families, educators, councils and communities better understand disability, accessibility, sensory needs, inclusive play, communication, education and disability awareness.
