Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Through Deaf Leadership STEM Communication trust connects the Deaf Community to STEM, increases the accessibility of STEM and NZSL, increases participation in STEM by those in the Deaf Community and broadens the reach of NZSL. To develop and support resources pertaining to STEM that are accessible to the NZ Deaf community and increase engagement and awareness of STEM and health literacy. Strengthen the NZSL STEM vocabulary and promote opportunities within STEM to the NZ Deaf Community.
