Any profits not reinvested in the Company for the purposes of its business and any surplus assets on the liquidation of the Company shall be distributed or advanced to its sole shareholder, QEII National Trust. QEII National Trust works in partnership with landowners to protect native biodiversity, and other values on their private land for the benefit of present and future generations.
