a. The affairs of the Society shall be managed by a Management Board which shall have full responsibility for the management and organisation of the Society. b. There are 9 persons elected at an Annual General Meeting, The Management Board shall have the power to co-opt up to three further members whose particular skills the Management Board feels would be of benefit to the Society.
