Charitable Purpose

The Charitable purpose of the company includes education and training. The purposes include; - Introduce whānau members, who would not normally get access to digital technology the chance to learn and strengthen their abilities to think computationally; - Provide digital tools that will encourage tamariki and rangatahi to think creatively, work collaboratively, and reason systematically. - Celebrate a digital future that respects and reflects Te Ao Māori

Entity Structure

Korou Digital (Charitable) Trust is the owner of the Company, Korou Digital Agency Ltd. There are four Directors that constitute the Governance Boards. The Governance Board provides strategic direction, guidance and support but does not control or in in any direct our operations.
