Charitable Purpose

Our organization will contribute to the advancement of education by: Providing education workshops on topics related to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the history of Aotearoa; Providing education workshops to help people develop skills for combating racism in Aotearoa; Increasing the skills of educators and facilitators in teaching these topics; and Promoting the understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, the history of Aotearoa, and problems relating to racism in Aotearoa

Entity Structure

We are all volunteers. We currently consist of a core team of 5 facilitators, 1 administrator, and 1 mentor/adviser. The organisation is governed as a collective. Any member actively involved in carrying out the organisation’s activities (for example as a facilitator, adviser, or administrator), and who wishes to be involved in governance, can become a member of the collective. The governance collective currently has 5 members. All members must be registered officers of the charity.
