(a) To carry out and promulgate Victorious Ministry Through Christ prayer ministry, in accordance with the procedures and methods laid down by Victorious Ministry Through Christ International. (b) To prepare and train prayer ministers who, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, can minister to other Christians to heal brokenness and to break bondages caused by crippling relationships or circumstances.
