Charitable Purpose

To provide affordable, equitable access to justice alongside holistic support to access relevant well-being, social and community services in order to address the poverty driven justice gap in NZ and ensure legal services act as a gateway to connect people to the wider support they require.

Entity Structure

The entity is a registered charitable Trust Board that aims to use donations, grants and, in future, service provision contracts to deliver holistic access to justice and wellbeing services alongside each other. It is proposed the Trust will primarily partner with not for profits/ state agencies etc for delivery of services for people (and researchers for understanding/ developing solutions) with limited staff/ contractors providing frontline support, connections and organisational capacity.
