The vision/purpose of PPCT is to develop and empowered, resilient, and thriving Pasifika Community in Palmerston North and subsequently the Manawatu region. The work of PPCT is outline in the organisation's Strategic Development Planning Framework 2020-2023 (Draft) The entity has 5 Strategic Focus Areas: (1) Language and Culture; (2) Health and Wellbeing; (3) Education and Training; (4) Economic and Enterprise; Engagement and Governance
