Entity Structure

Rainbow EBOP currently has a drop-in space once a week in Whakatane and social media-based support service. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and ten trustees. We currently have three trustees that constitute our governance board, all of which are executive positions: chair, treasurer, and secretary. We are affiliated with two clinical bodies; ACC and NZAC, which allow us to practice ethically and provide some clinical services but they do not direct our operation in any way

Annual Returns

Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.

Note: Charities that use the Tier 4 Combined Form to file their annual returns do not need to file their financial statements separately. The financial statements are included in their annual return summary.
