Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be to provide relief to those dealing with life threatening or life limiting illness, particularly children and youth, by supporting them directly or their caregivers.

Entity Structure

We are based in Hamilton with a small board with two trustees. We also have a volunteer helping as secretary for the short term. We are affiliated with Rainbow Place to assist families under their care but they do not control or direct our operations.
