Charitable Purpose

To hold and apply the trust funds for charitable purposes within NZ in accordance with the Charities Act 2005, the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and Income Tax Act 2007 and any successor legislation through the promotion, enabling and enhancement of education in water safety and the health benefits of water activities for the benefit of the people of Aoteroa, NZ. We have relationships with Water Safety NZ, Drowning Prevention Auckland, Surf Life Saving NZ
