(a) Providing an affordable high quality basketball programme accessible for all student athletes in our local community, with a focus on women, Māori and Pacific young people, and those in financial hardship; (b) Improving the health, fitness and physical well-being of young people, and increase their confidence, resilience and self-esteem through sports; (c) Providing opportunities for young people to develop fundamental skills through sports (e.g. leadership, decision making, communication)
