Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be to provide funding for a range products and services relating to warmer, drier homes and buildings in New Zealand. In particular the Trust aims to: * improve the standard of living and quality of life for New Zealanders by providing funding for the supply and installation of energy efficiency and clean-air approved product ranges including, but not limited to insulation, heating, and ventilation.

Entity Structure

The Board currently comprises of two individual Trustees. The trust will pay out funding as invoice percentages on receipt of invoice from partner service providers.
