Charitable Purpose

A healthy and food secure community for all children in the Mid Canterbury region • Kai for Kids will provide healthy, nutritious kai to tamariki in our community. • Kai for Kids will empower tamariki and whānau with knowledge about healthy kai. • Kai for Kids will contribute to the food security of our community through education, support and connection Our Values Manakitanga – we extend love and compassion to our community Knowledge – we share and we learn Reliability – we do what we say we will – 100% Well-being – we support the wellbeing of our team and community Making a Difference – we want to make a real difference in our community Whānau – our reason for what we do Mahi tahi - we work collaboratively with our community The Kai for Kids lunch programme aims to feed a nutritious lunch to children at kindergarten, preschool, primary school, intermediate or high school, if it is identified that we can support them and their whānau by providing a healthy school lunch every
