Entity Structure

The Society is incorporated as a Trust Board under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and is Auckland based but carries out its charitable purpose nationwide. The Society is governed by the members of the Executive who are elected at each AGM. Any person that agrees with the purposes of the Society may become a member by application in writing and upon payment of a subscription (if any). Further information regarding the Society’s structure can be found in the Society’s Constitution.
