Charitable Purpose

For the purposes of section 16(2) of the Act the Company shall only carry on business in pursuance of Charitable Purposes, including but not limited to: a) Educating for and raising awareness of sustainability and regeneration to improve the lives and resilience, now and for the future, of whanau and individuals in the communities of Aotearoa; b) Educating for and enabling the wellbeing, resilience and environmentally friendly lifestyles of families and individuals in the communities of Aotearoa

Entity Structure

We are a social enterprise based in Canterbury with a Canterbury focus but open to nation-wide as we grow. We have set up as a Limited Liability Company limited to Charitable Purposes with a not for profit constitution. As a start up we have two Co-Directors in a governance role and one Assoc. Director with the understanding we could grow to have a few more Assoc. Directors who collaborate and lead projects. A Group of Advisors of 4-6 will provide leadership and expertise but no legal duties.
