Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Our overarching purpose is to obliterate boundaries that children and families face by promoting, fostering and advancing the development of, and participation in, sport and recreational activities for youth in New Zealand. Our full statement of purpose is set out in clause 3 of our trust deed.

Entity Structure

We operate as an Incorporated Trust Board based in Hamilton. We must have between four and seven trustees at any one time. We currently have four trustees making up our board of trustees. Our income will be derived sponsorship, funding organisations, fundraising and donations. Our Trustees bring a range of business, law, sport, education and mentoring knowledge and experience which provide the necessary skills to help us achieve our charitable purpose.
