Charitable Purpose
The Sandringham Project in Community Empowerment Trust (SPiCE) was established to act on the priorities and actions developed by the Sandringham Community through the community led process set out in the Sandringham Community Vision Report (2016), and to provide an advocacy voice for the Sandringham community. Our vision is for Sandringham to be a vibrant, resilient, and supportive community. Our mission is to ensure that Sandringham’s development is led by a
community voice, and that the community’s development is led by community action.
