Charitable Purpose
The purpose of the Te Mato Kapuaanga Reo Trust is to provide early childhood education and care and other community services for Cook Islands families and children as well from other Pasifika and ethnic communities.

Entity Structure
Our service is based in Mangere East south Auckland.Our trust deed states that we must have between three and five Trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: president, treasurer and secretary. The other two trustees will be elect from parents and teachers after one year of operation.
