Charitable Purpose

Purpose: The purpose of Walk By Faith Fellowship shall be to establish and maintain a place for the worship of Almighty God, our one true God, to provide for Christian fellowship for those of like precious faith, where the Holy Spirit may be honoured according to our distinctive testimony, and to assume our share of responsibility and the privilege of propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ by all available means, both at home and in foreign lands. Mission: The mission of the church is to reach out to the nation of New Zealand by teaching, and preaching, the gospel of Jesus Christ and oneness faith through Jesus Christ to all ethnicities.

Entity Structure

The Walk By Faith Fellowship is governed by a Board of Trustees under the conditions of its Trust Deed. The Trustees of the Board under the Trustee Act 1957 do have the power and responsibilities to take necessary steps so as to achieve the purposes and the mission of the Church. The Trustees (Board members) then elect the chairman of the Board and may appoint other office bearers such as the secretary and the Treasurer.
