Entity Structure

The Trust is based in Whakatane and is to service Eastern Bay of Plenty. The Eastern Bay Community Trust is to be administered by a Trust Board who shall be accountable to and elected by the members of the Trust. The Board is to consist of between 3 to 7 trustees. We currently have 3 trustees however intend to increase this number once we have established ourselves. We are a new charitable trust and as of yet have no affiliation with any particular group or organisation.
