The society is governed by a committee which comprises of the following roles: - Chairperson - Secretary - Treasurer - Other members as the Society shall decide The activities of the society will be limited to Rotorua, and the office will be in such place in New Zealand as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine. The society receives monetary donations from its members and Chinese organisations.
