Entity Structure

We are a small church based in Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and six trustees. We currently have four trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairman, treasurer and secretary. We are not affiliated with any other church in New Zealand but we would like to work closely with similar minded groups in NZ and overseas to promote the Christian message. Our pastors residence acts as our headquarters at the current time.
