Charitable Purpose
The charitable purpose of the Trust will be to facilitate the development of rangatahi Māori and to grow meaningful connections across those who have a passion to develop rangatahi Māori. We do this by providing cultural specific leadership training to grow the capability and capacity of rangatahi Māori to lead and contribute to others and we facilitate trainings for youth workers and others who are engaging with rangatahi Māori

Entity Structure
The work we do is based on the West Coast of the south Island. We do not have an office. Our trust deed states that we must have at least three trustees. We currently have three trustees that constitute our trust board. Including three executive positions: Chairperson, secretary and treasurer. We are affiliated with a national trust, Tuia Charitable Trust, and a local charitable organisation, WestREAP, both provide guidance and support but do not control or in any way direct our operations.
