Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

We aim to encourage women in computer science, computer engineering, IT, and tech-related fields to develop academically and professionally. In addition, we help you to network and learn with each other; fostering the advancement of women in high school, university and industry. Secondly, it is our goal to influence the next generation by promoting computer science and related fields to high school students who haven’t yet decided which career path to follow.

Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have between three and twenty trustees. We currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions; president, treasurer and secretary.
