a. To promote the mental health and wellbeing of all the inhabitants of New Zealand; b. To engage communities throughout New Zealand in events designed to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention; c. To collaborate with and support other registered charitable trusts in New Zealand whose objectives and purposes align with the objectives and purposes of the Trust; d. To promote and support initiatives that are designed or likely to prevent or reduce the incidence of mental illness

Entity Structure

The Everyone Hurts Foundation has initially been established as charitable trust with the view that we will incorporate as an incorporated charitable trust board under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. We are predominately based in the Bay of Plenty and we currently have six trustees that constitute our governance board with a chairperson, secretary and treasurer forming part of this board.
