The Trust’s Objects are for “charitable purposes” within NZ in building - cultural, social, environmental, economic, spiritual, community capability and sustainability, beginning at Whānau (Whānau Trust) and Haupu/Hapu (Marae Charitable Trust) levels. Refer Trust Deed attached for details.

Entity Structure

A new Charitable Trust of 3 trustees who share similar life values for our whanau and Maori Community of Te Tai Tokerau. We have a unique collective capability comprising - taxation, governance, business, career development, finance, process/systems framework to deliver social policies like TPK's 2019 Wellbeing Budget. These incl Maori development Initiatives, Maori Housing, Whanau Ora, Whenua Maori Fund, Papakainga Housing & Oranga Marae, to name a few. Refer Trust Deed attached for details.
