Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust will be to develop platforms and implement interventions that enrich the lives of those on the spectrum and or those with characteristics typical of those on the spectrum and their whanau. To achieve this the trust will develop a social/movement/play group establish a facility that promotes inclusivity develop multi-sensory environments develop Oscar and holiday programs develop social media platforms develop a respite service Provide advocacy and advice

Our trust deed states that we must have between three and nine Trustees. We currently have six Trustees that constitute our governance board, including two executive positions: chairman and treasurer with the role of secretary being shared amongst the trust board.
