The objects for which the Trust is established are to be beneficial to the community a. by fostering the provision of radio communications for emergency purposes, including radio communications for Search and Rescue operations. b. by fostering an interest in the provision of radio communications for emergency purposes, being a purpose that provides a public benefit, and which the settler and the Initial Trustees understand to be a charitable purpose in accordance with the law of New Zealand.
