Entity Structure

We have a head office based in Auckland. Our trust deed states that we must have between two and six Trustees. We currently have five Trustees that constitute our governance board, including three executive positions: chairman, treasurer and secretary. We are an incorporated as the Pasifika in I.T Trust Board.
