Charitable Purpose

Our Mission: to create a more equitable society, through giving the social sector greater access to the connections and resources it needs to thrive. Our Purpose: to provide resources through collective giving experiences to projects and organisations with clear charitable purposes aiming to achieve positive social change. In particular the Trust will create a network of charitable givers to support small charities and social change projects; promote the giving of support through financial and capacity-building means; and provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.

Entity Structure

The Funding Network NZ (TFN) has a current board of 4 trustees (as at end March 2023), who are all volunteers. During this financial year TFNNZ has continued to employ a part-time Manager to manage day-to-day operations and strategic partner development. TFNNZ has also increased use of the services of an independent contractors to deliver digital marketing and related communications services to support TFN events and campaigns.
