Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide tracking beacons to assist those,in the Rotorua region, who are cognitively impaired and have the potential to wander and to support their care givers

Entity Structure

Our Trustee deed states that we must have between three and five Trustee's, we currently have three Trustees that constitute our governance board with one Trustee acting as Treasurer/Secretary. LandSAR NZ provides guidance and support but does not control or in any way direct our operation. We also have a partnership with the New Zealand Police who help with the programme when a beacon wearer wanders.
