The Partnering for Outcomes Foundation Aotearoa provides education and training in PCOMS, a powerful, clinically based outcomes management system which puts the client at the centre of all social services interventions and measures, significantly improving outcomes for the most vulnerable in society.

The Partnering for Outcomes Foundation Aotearoa is a conglomerate of like-minded New Zealand Not-For-Profit social services providers along with Dr Barry Duncan, a co-developer of the PCOMS measures, the developer of the clinical process of using them, and the director of the organisation responsible for its evidence based practice status and scientific credibility.
