Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The primary purpose of this Trust is to promote the preservation and conservation of the history, cultural and natural features of the River and to restore the Toanga and to enhance the Mauri The charitable Purposes of the Trust shall be to advance education and benefit the community. Please refer to the attached Trust Deed Clauses 6.0 and 6.1
