Charitable Purpose

Te Kohangarehua Restoration and Operational Trust is a charitable trust with a focus to facilitate the development, maintenance and operation of Te Pooti Kainga and principally Te Kohangarehua marae. In particular the Trust will hold hui to liase with the stakeholders, with the aim of maintaining and/or upgrading the built assets, whenua, ngahere and manu- wairua, mauri and tikanga of the kainga.
