Charitable Purpose

The Charitable purpose of the Trust is the provision and maintenance of a Community Hall to be used or let for the instruction, entertainment, enjoyment and benefit of the residents of the Marshland District in Christchurch.

Entity Structure

The Hall Trust is governed by a Trust Deed approved by the Honourable Justice Mander in the High Court of New Zealand on 19th May 2017. There are currently three trustees appointed to manage the community hall facility located on Marshlands Road in Christchurch. The hall is rented to various community organisations.
