Our mission is to improve the wellbeing of those with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes/Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders in Aotearoa New Zealand by raising awareness, improving knowledge by health professionals and providing support to patients.

Ehlers-Danlos Society New Zealand leadership consists of the President, the Treasurer and the Secretary, who are the three volunteers that created the society. A larger decision-making committee will be in place in 2019-2020. Free membership in the Society is available to all New Zealanders with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder.
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
