Charitable Purpose

To preach the gospel and further the kingdom of God in NZ and foreign lands. To promote freedom of worship and liberty of expression, within the limits of its own statement of faith and doctrine, among its own churches and members. To provide fellowship and means of corporation between churches with similar faith. To promote, establish and maintain the corporation which shall be self-governing. To ordain, license, and qualify ministers to preach the gospel and provide credentials for the same.

Entity Structure

The Trust has Five Board members including the Chairman. Their main function is to ensure the Trust comply with the governance and adhere to the Trust Deed. The Board of Trustees are task with development and expanding the goal and focus of the Trust to ensure the people of the communities from all walks of life are being looked after. More importantly to ensure the Charitable status of the organisation is maintained at all times.
