Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To establish, promote, fund and maintain an organisation to present performance and interactive events in various genres: classic, pop, jazz, show & folk music, opera/oratorio; to enable it to undertake concert educational engagements for the furtherance of music in NZ and in particular South and East Auckland with an emphasis on developing performative art opportunities at all levels from amateur community to professional level of all ages, particularly focussing on emerging talent. Furthermore, to establish a scholarship fund to assist performers from the local districts (as defined by the old Franklin, Papakura and Manukau districts), with an emphasis on young (up to 30 yrs old) talent. To support and promote other musical and artistic entities and groups in the above geographical areas.
