Charitable Purpose

To provide skilled and comprehensive specialist palliative care that assists people to live with dignity and hope while coping with grief and the end of life.

Entity Structure

The Society operates from our In Patient Unit in Whangarei. Our board of up to nine is appointed by our members. A separate charitable endowment trust has been established which holds assets and investment funds for benefit of the Society. The trustees of this trust number up to eight of which of which one must also be a member of the Society.
