Entity Structure

We are a Charitable Trust Board based in Wellington overseeing the running of after-school sessions where tamariki and their whānau can learn and practise te reo Māori. The role of the Board is to source funding and resources, employ kaiārahi, and look after financial matters. The sessions themselves are run by paid kaiārahi and whānau volunteers. Our Rules state that we must have between four and ten Board members. We currently have five Board members.

Note: Charities that use the Tier 4 Combined Form to file their annual returns do not need to file their financial statements separately. The financial statements are included in their annual return summary.
