Entity Structure

The conduct of the affairs of the Trust is vested in the Board of Trustees who has at its helm a Patron and Kaumatua who actively support the Trustees, in embracing the cultural dimensions within the Trust which consists of up to a minimum of five Trustees with a maximum of ten. The Board provides governance to the Trust operations and activities, managed by a CEO.
